Introducing the Aerobic Bin

We would like to introduce you to the Aerobic Bin.  This is a wheelie bin with a slight difference – it can be used to store food waste for up to two weeks due to its unique design that allows air-flow through the contents.  This has the effect of drying out the contents, reducing odours and reducing weight.

The advantage of this is that it simplifies the collection of food waste – the collections can be less frequent, and therefore save money.  As waste is disposed of by weight, rather than volume, it saves the waste collector money too as the moisture content is reduced.

PES hope to work with the Aerobic Bin Company once our plant is up and running – we envisage Aerobic Bins branded with PES at every café, hotel, greengrocer or take-away in the area who care about the environment and about reducing their impact on it.
